FEATURES:

The power system is imported high-precision servo motor, which matches the CNC control system organically. Make its three axis movement has accurate synchronization, reliable control, accurate movement and displacement, can produce all kinds of high requirements of torsion spring products.
Air coil winding machine can be matched with automatic wire feed frame; Empty core coil winding machine can be equipped with enameled wire peeling machine, intelligent temperature control tin stove, can realize coil inductance peeling, tin, forming at one go.
Automatic wire clamp and cut system, layer winding, material unloading and cleaning of the tool during each cycle.

2.Wooden case package: For larger scale Fully Automatic Winding Machine ,we have special skilled carpenter, who would make the proper wooden case with exact thickness,density,length. The up arrow ↑marked on the outer wooden case. Buffer material would be put in the wooden case to prevent crack and shock.
